    • How long does it take to perform roof repairs?
      On average, 1-3 days. Most roof repairs are completed in 1 day, however, larger projects could take 2-3 days.
    • How long does it take to perform a roof replacement?
      Typically, 1-3 days. Most roof replacements are completed in 1 day, however, larger projects could take 2-3 days.
  • Payment

    • How can I pay for your services?
      We accept cash, check, or card. 100% payment (with the exception of special order products) is due upon completion of your project to your satisfaction. For credit/debit card transactions a 3.5% fee will apply.
    • Do I need to put money down upfront?
      No. Unless your project requires special order projects, payment in full is due when your roofing project is complete to your satisfaction!

    • Do you offer a roof warranty?
      Yes! Little Town Restoration Corp offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty for all new roofs we install, guaranteed for the life of your roof. We also offer workmanship warranties for our Services.
    • Do you offer roof inspections?
      Yes! When you request your no-obligation estimate from us, we inspect your roof for free to provide you with an accurate quote.
    • Are you insured?
      Yes! If you’d like a copy of our insurance declaration’s page, please email us and we will send it right over.
    • Does a repair make sense for the condition of my roof, or should I consider a roof Replacement?
      It depends. We need to physically inspect your roof to determine whether a roof repair or roof replacement is recommended. Our professional roofer’s recommendations are included in our free roofing estimate!
    • Once you tear off a roof, do you replace any damaged roof decking?
      Yes. Damaged roof decking is one of the things that is not visible until we remove the existing shingles off, but we never replace shingles over damaged wood. The added cost for wood decking to be replaced is included in your original estimate, so there are no surprise costs!
    • Do you offer any other services besides roof installation and repair?
      Yes, we also offer siding, siding repairs, gutters, and skylight services.
